Jammu, 08.02.2025: Today on 08.02.2025 there was a reliable information regarding the movement of notorious Criminals namely Daljot Singh @Daljot Punjabi R/o Dashmesh Nagar Satwari Jammu and Aman Singh alias Anu R/o Kathua, who were coming from Samba to Jammu, armed with arms/ammunition in connection with committing some heinous crime.
In this regard, a Naka was also established on the Ring road jointly by SHO PS Miran Sahab and SHO PS Satwari.
When criminals were signalled to stop on the Ring road Miran Sahab, by the teams of Police station Mira Sahab and Satwari, they fired on the police party, from their Bolero vehicle which was chased and in retaliatory fire, self defense one Daljot Punjabi also got injured, who is currently being shifted to GMC Jammu.
Moreover the second accused namely Aman Singh@ Anu has been apprehended .
It is pertinent to mention that, recently there was incident in Phallain Mandal area where some miscreants had fired upon the vehicle of Arun Chaudhary and then fled from the scene of crime, and later on claimed to have fired, later on upon verification it came to be known that they are a part of organised crime syndicate.
It is pertinent to mention that two arms and ammunition have been recovered from the scene of crime, further leads are on to track down other members of this group.
FIR registered under relevant sections registered at PS Miran Sahib and Investigation taken up.
