Dengue Cases In Jammu: Two more patients died, till now nine patients died due to dengue

 The number of dengue victims in Jammu and Kashmir is continuously increasing. Two more patients died on Thursday. So far nine patients have died of dengue. Dengue has been confirmed in 57 more patients. According to the State Malaria Department, two more patients admitted to the Medical College Jammu have died during treatment. So far, a total of 4870 cases have been reported in Jammu and Kashmir. Nine patients have died.

Of the cases reported on Thursday, 46 are from Jammu district, three from Samba, six from Kathua, two from Udhampur. Of the total cases, 3894 cases are from Jammu district. 404 in Udhampur district, 167 in Samba, 73 in Kathua, 86 in Reasi, 47 in Rajouri, 22 in Poonch, 116 in Doda, 31 in Ramban, 13 in Kishtwar, six in Kashmir and 11 from other states. State Malariaologist Dr. Harjit Rai says that in a few days now the number of victims has reduced.

Last week where more than two hundred cases were coming every day. At the same time, now their number has reduced to less than half. There will be fewer cases when the temperature is lower. He said that Jammu district is the worst affected. People are being made aware here. Campaigns are being run continuously to make school children aware.
