The team of special operations groups of Jammu and Kashmir Police on Monday claimed to have arrested one person with Hawala money from City area.
Police sources said that the team on specific inputs arrested one person with Hawala money worth lakhs late on Sunday evening.
Confirming the arrest, SSP Jammu Shridhar Patil said, “we have arrested one person and the matter is being investigated while more details will be shared accordingly.”
A case has been registered at Police Station, Peermith area.
