In order to curb the menace of unauthorized constructions and violations of land use, the Enforcement staff led by Enforcement Officer sealed the premises which was being converted for commercial use by one Tanveer Ahmed unauthorizedly at Qasim Nagar, Jammu in violation of the land use of the area as per the provisions of Jammu Maser Plan 2032. The action has been taken on the instruction of Ms. Avny Lavasa (IAS), Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation under the supervision of Sh. Ashish Gupta (KAS), Joint Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation.
The Jammu Municipal Corporation appeals to the General Public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial/residential approved from Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules to demolition/sealing of the building will be taken.
