Continuing the drive to provide better development as well as basic facilties to the people of Jammu, Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor, Jammu Municipal Corporation today 10/01/2020, conducted an extensive tour of Trikuta Nagar area of ward no.53alongwith Smt jyoti Devi , Hon’ble councilor of the said ward and kick started the overall development work of Park situated at sec no.1 near Choudhary Nagar Singh’s , flats Trikuta nagar, Jammu at the estimate cost of rupees five lacs and the said work will be executed by Engineering wing of Jammu Municipal Corporation Sh Arun Gupta , Executive Engineer, Sh Sanjay Raina , Junior engineer, Sh Charanjeet, Sanitary Supervisor and other field staff of other sections of JMC as well as Sh Prerna Nanda state media Secretary BJP, Sh K.D Sharma , Sh Inder Sharma , Sh Sahil Gupta , Sh parveen Gupta, Sh Ramesh Chander , Sh Sham Lal, Sh Manju Chawla, Smt laxmi, Sh rajinder Sharma, Sh Gopal krishan, Smt Madhu Gupta and other prominent citizens of W.No.53 were also present during the tour and put forth various other demands i.e. construction/renovation of left over lanes & drains, Blacktopping of roads, installation /rectification of street/High mask lights in the Trikuta Nagar area. Mayor assured the gathering that all their issues be resolved on war footing as Municipal Corporation has expedited the overall development activities in all wards of the city. He also appeal to them to co-operate with JMC in development activities and do not throw garbage, mulba etc. in the public drains and lanes and avoid using polythenes & single used plastics in their routine life which creates unhygienic condition & pollutes their surroundings also. Later Mayor also visited W.No.49 in the areas of Narwal, Channi Rama along with Sh. Kamal Singh Jamwal Hon’ble Councillor of said ward, Sardar Nirmal Singh & other inhabitants of the area took stock of various development as well other sanitation work in the ward and directed the field staff of JMC to perform their duty upto the satisfaction of inhabitants
