The ebullient dancers of the school presented thematic ‘Parvostav’ depicting rich radiant and vibrant festivals of India. Mellifluous dance on ‘ Teri Mitti ‘ and ‘Saanu kendi ‘ was replete with patriotism. Couple dance performance Senorita was riveting. The various attractions of the event were Dogri dance, Maharashtrian dance, Punjabi fusion, Qawali, Christmas, etc. and in Sports – Judo techniques and melodious Skipping on bests were highly applauded by the audience. The program rode to a final crescendo with the fervent Bollywood dancing, the Grand Finale, ‘Om Shanti Om’ presented by the combo of teachers and students.
While addressing the function Sham Sharma said that parental engagement in a child’s life in participation with the school and their teachers is essential for growth and development of students as confident, moral and socially aware adults.
“Parents and teachers partnership plays a crucial role in shaping the future of students into a well mannered and responsible citizen which needs to be strengthened at all levels” he added.
