1. District Police Kishtwar while sharing the details said that upon receiving complaints from Sangle Sahadeo and Suresh Kumar regarding online fraud related to mobile recharge and installation of third-party mobile apps, the Cybercrime Investigation Unit swiftly initiated an investigation. Both victims reported losses total amounting of Rs. 1,09,000.00.
2. I/C Cybercrime Investigation Unit Kishtwar, exhibited relentless efforts and advanced technical skills, leading to the successful recovery of the defrauded amount.
3. District Police Kishtwar, reiterated his appeal to the general public to remain vigilant and promptly report any suspicious online activities to the National Cybercrime Helpline Number 1930 or CCIU unit Kishtwar 9103416100 or PCR Kishtwar 9906154100,9103454100.
