Social Welfare Department in collaboration with the District Legal Services Authority, today organized an awareness programme under the ongoing 100 Day Nasha Mukt Abhiyan at Bhaderwah. A large number of people including students, local residents and officials attended the awareness programme.
Speakers highlighted the serious social, legal and health consequences of substance abuse and emphasized the need for collective efforts to eliminate the menace from society. The participants were encouraged to remain vigilant and actively support the mission of building a safe, healthy and drug-free society.
The participants appreciated the initiative and pledged to spread awareness against drug addiction in their respective areas. The organizers reiterated their commitment to continue such awareness programmes and outreach activities across the region under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.
