Jammu November-20-2023-:- Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjay Parihar today after Adv Rajesh Kotwal for the Choudhary Lal Singh whereas Special PP Ashwani Khajuria for the ED, reserved the order on bail plea of former Minister and Dogra Swabhiman Sangathan Party (DSSP) supremo Lal Singh.
It is worthwhile to mention here that Choudhary Lal Singh was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on November 7, 2023 and ED tooks two time Police remand and then on November 14, Lal Singh sent to Judicial Remand who is presently lodged in District Jail Jammu. JNF
