PARADIGM SHIFT

PARADIGM SHIFT

After over eight years of BJP Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi ruling the country, people in Jammu and Kashmir could now say with affirmation that India has reached that place where it can dictate terms with Pakistan and even its stooges working for the rogue nation while sitting here in the Union Territory. As the Home Minister has raised a valid point that there are entities in the Union Territory which are more concerned about the concerns of Pakistan rather than the people of J&K or the other parts of the country because their one-point-agenda is initiating talks with the western neighbour of the country despite the fact that the unprincipled country has given innumerable scars to India from the day one of its inception in 1947. It is needful and highly praiseworthy that the sitting government at the centre has opted for a paradigm shift in India’s stance over Kashmir and Pakistan, and that is the reason behind a new era of peace and progress ushering in J&K, and people shunning the ideology of separatism, which earlier was the main problem in the Valley. All credit goes to Modi Government’s out of the box thinking and the strong stand taken by the Home Minister at various fronts starting from the nullification of Article 370 on August 5, 2019. It is good that Home Minister Amit Shah has ruled out holding any dialogue with Pakistan, giving a strong message to some regional parties in J&K to stop dancing on the tunes of Pakistan as time and again the leadership of these political outfits batted for initiating dialogue with the rogue nation situated on the western axis of the country. The assertion made by HM Shah at Baramulla that Modi Government will wipe out terrorism from Jammu and Kashmir and make it the most peaceful place in the country holds much significance and people of the country should now be rest assured that Kashmir would soon become the model region of the country with tourism, horticulture, agriculture, education and health sector satiating the people’s aspirations as never before.
