Bhoomi Pujan of Receiving Station 10MVA 33/11KV done at Ward No.51 Channi Himmat,Jammu.

JAMMU, FEB 02: On the directions of State President BJP J&K Sh.Ravinder Raina, State General Secretary OBC Morcha and Councillor Ward No.51 Channi Himmat Sh.Rajkumar Tarkhan kick started the construction of receiving station 10Mva 33/11 KVa under PMDP(U) at ward number 51 which will be constructed with a cost Rupees 3.50 crores giving a huge relief to the local residents.
The Bhoomi Poojan of the construction was organised by Sh. Rajkumar Tarkhan in which Sh. Ravinder Raina President BJP J&K, Sh.Kavinder Gupta Ex-Dy Chief Minister, Former MLC Ch. Vikram Randhawa,Hon’ble Mayor JMC Sh. Chander Mohan Gupta, Former Chairman H&S JMC Baldev Billawaria, Vinay Gupta District President BJP Jammu, Smt. Neena Gupta Corporator Ward No.51, Neeraj Puri Gandhi Nagar Mandal President  and Corporator Ward No.54, P.D Singh Executive Engineer,REC PDCL state coordinator Sanjeev Kailwoo, Arup Bindu (Project Manager ), Anil Sharma ( Project Manager), Prominents and Locals among others were present. Speaking on the occassion Kavinder Gupta Said that gandhi Nagar constituency has seen a new dawn of development where every issue related to Water, road and electricity has been resolved successfully . more than 600 kms of road has been laid in Gandhi Nagar consituency in last 6 years. He further congratulated Sh. Rajkumar Tarkhan and locals of ward no 51 for the new receiving station. Sh.Rajkumar Tarkhan on the occassion thanked the party leadership and the administration for the support in getting the recieving station sanctioned for the locality. He further said that he was trying to get this receiving station sanction since a long time. He further thanked Sh. Ravinder Raina for his intervention to get this receiving station quickly. He thanked the housing department for granting land to PDD for the receiving station. While congratulating the local residents, he also assured the local residents that all the genuine demands related to development will be addressed as soon as possible.
