IAS officer who was suspended two years before has been reinstated and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, ARI and Training Department.
The Order reads that “Syed Muried Hussain Shah, KAS, the then Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive), Jammu, who was placed under suspension vide Government Order No. 1795-GAD of 2018 dated 21.12.2018 and attached with the General Administration Department, is hereby reinstated with immediate effect (sic).”
“The period of his suspension shall be decided after conclusion of the criminal proceedings pending against him in the Court of Law”, the Order reads.
“Consequent upon his reinstatement, Syed Muried Hussain Shah, KAS is posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, ARI and Training Department”, the Order reads further.
