Today on 14th December Chairperson of Nirbhay bharat foundation Tarun Uppal along with Jb. Sohail Kazmi, Syed Amanat Ali Shah, Jenab Aslam Qureshi, Sujat Khan, Gulshan Rattan, Rajan Gupta honoured Shia scholar Jenab Qalbey Jawad Naqvi Sahab on his maiden visit to Jammu at karbala complex.
Kalbey Jawad Sahab is deputed by the Central government to take stock of the current ground situation and view point of shia community of Jammu regarding the creation of JK UT shia waqaf board.

While speaking on the occasion Tarun uppal Chairperson Nirbhay bharat foundation shared his views about the united culture of JKUT.
While speaking on the occasion Senior journalist and activists Jenab Sohail Kazmi said that if this waqaf board will be established it is going to be benefit because a centralised body will fulfil the needs of the community in general.
