Police on Sunday arrested two drug peddlers with contraband of heroin here in city outskirts.
Police Spokesman said that police party of Police Station Miran Sahib while on naka checking in Simbal camp area, stopped a vehicle bearing registration for checking.
The persons in the vehicle identified as Zakir Hussain and Irfan, both residents of Bathindi, Jammu and in their search, 12 grams of heroin along with cash of Rs 5,500 were recovered from their possession.
A case has been registered and investigation started.
