Today Jammu East former MLA Sh Rajesh Gupta started the work of laying of tile work at Talab khatikan near Meat market in ward no.5. Local corporator and Jammu East mandal President Gopal Gupta was present on the ocassion.The estimated cost of work is of Rs 3 lakhs .
After the inaugration he held a meeting with Muslim community regarding the Citizenship Amendment Act and told them that the CAA was not against any community and not against the Mualims at all. The opposition was spreading lies and misleading the Muslims of the country. The bill was meant to provide succour to the religiously persecuted minorities in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
