RAJOURI, APRIL 22: The Vice Chancellor Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Prof. Jawaid Iqbal conducted a site visit to review the ongoing construction of the University’s Main Gate.
During the visit, the Vice Chancellor reviewed the progress and quality of the work and emphasised the importance of adhering to the stipulated timelines and maintaining high construction standards. He noted that the Main Gate will serve as a prominent architectural landmark, symbolising the University’s vision of growth, accessibility and excellence.
The Vice Chancellor appreciated the valuable contributions of Abhishek Sharma, Former Registrar of the University and Deputy Commissioner Rajouri for his proactive support and facilitation of the project during his tenure. He observed that such coordinated efforts play a vital role in advancing institutional infrastructure and long-term development goals.
On the occasion, Assistant Engineer, R&B, Yawar Mushtaq, apprised the Vice Chancellor of the technical specifications, execution plan and projected completion schedule of the project.
