
SHOPIAN, APRIL 08: A training programme on e-Office 2.0 was today conducted at the Mini Secretariat, Shopian for e-Office dealing assistants and concerned staff from various Sectoral Departments of the district.
Prior to the training session, Additional District Development Commissioner Shopian, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Lone undertook a brief review of the status of e-Office implementation across departments in the district.
He directed all concerned to promptly resolve any pending issues and bottlenecks to expedite smooth and effective functioning of the e-Office system.
He emphasized that all sections must actively utilize the platform to ensure efficiency, transparency, and timely disposal of official work.
The training programme was attended by e-Office dealing assistants and concerned officials from different departments.
During the session, Master Trainer, Mohd. Iqbal imparted detailed hands on training, covering key aspects of e-Office including file handling, digital workflow, and system operations.
NIC Shopian provided technical support during the session, addressing queries, resolving technical issues, and guiding participants on system functionalities.
It was also highlighted that around 20 other Trainers have been designated to facilitate the smooth implementation of e-Office, including creation of login credentials and providing continuous technical assistance to departments.
