KUPWARA, FEBRUARY 07: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Suse today chaired a comprehensive review meeting to scrutinize Change of Land Use (CLU) cases.
The meeting examined CLU proposals in detail. Following deliberations with officers from relevant departments, eligible cases were approved by committee and few cases were directed to re-examine in light of completion of formalities.
The DC directed departments to adopt a coordinated approach, expedite No Objection Certificates (NOCs) after thorough verification, and adhere strictly to legal procedures with defined timelines for case disposal.
The meeting was attended by ADC Handwara, Javeed Naseem Masoodi; ACR Kupwara, Peerzada Mumtaz Ahmad, SE PWD, SE Hydraulics and other concerned officers of concerned departments.
