ABHA ID Generation progress reviewed in district Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, FEBRUARY 05: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kishtwar, Pawan Kotwal today chaired a review meeting at the Meeting Hall of the New DC Office Complex, to assess the progress of Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) ID generation in the district.

At the outset, the ADC emphasized the significance of achieving universal ABHA ID coverage to enable citizens to seamlessly access digital health services and benefit from flagship health initiatives of the Government.

He directed the concerned officers to intensify awareness campaigns and expedite the registration process across all medical zones and blocks of the district.

Specific directions were issued to the ALC to ensure registration of the 10,000 labour union members associated with the hydroelectric power projects in the district, along with their family members.

The ARTO was directed to encourage drivers and transporters for enrolment under the ABHA ID initiative.

Similar directions were issued to the departments of Education, ICDS, Social Welfare, RDD, Handloom, Health, NRLM and others to ensure maximum enrolment under the ABHA-ID Generation Programme in the district.
