JKEDI conducts week long training for entrepreneurs under MDP in Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, JANUARY 27: Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute, District Startup Cell, Udhampur, successfully trained 32 entrepreneurs including 27 women entrepreneurs under the Management Development Programme implemented as part of the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance initiative of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

 

The one-week comprehensive training programme featured expert-led sessions by professionals from successful industries, financial institutions, marketing sector, academia and other relevant domains.

 

The sessions offered valuable insights into the latest business regulations, prevailing market practices and effective enterprise management strategies.

 

Additionally, simulation-based business games and practical exercises were conducted to provide hands-on experience and enhance experiential learning among participants.

 

The programme was designed to enhance business management competencies, improve operational efficiency and build resilient entrepreneurial capabilities. Participants were equipped with practical skills and strategic insights aimed at fostering sustainable enterprises and contributing to the growth of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
