JAMMU, JANUARY 16: The Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) today cleared the promotion of several subordinate staff members of the Agriculture Department.
The DPC deliberated upon the promotion proposals and after thorough scrutiny, cleared the promotion cases of Field Assistants-II, Field Assistants-III, GCO-equivalent posts, Junior Assistants and Senior Assistants.
The promotions were approved strictly in accordance with the prescribed recruitment rules and reservation policy at their respective roster points.
The DPC meeting was convened under the directions of Director Agriculture Jammu Anil Gupta to consider promotion cases of non-gazetted employees (district level) of the Divisional Cadre Jammu.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Secretary to Government Agriculture Production Department J&K UT, Azhar Amin Zargar; Deputy Director Agriculture (Central) Jammu, Sanjeev Rai Gupta; Chief Agriculture Officer Jammu, Manohar Lal Sharma; CAO Udhampur, Harbans Singh; CAO Reasi, Vinod Kundal; CAO Samba, Rakesh Khajuria; CAO Kathua, Jatinder Kumar; CAO Rajouri, Rajesh Verma; CAO Ramban, Vinay Jandial; CAO Kishtwar, Kushal Chandel and CAO Poonch, Jog Raj Salathia.
