Jammu: Registration starts across the country from April 17 today to join the Amarnath Yatra. All types of preparations have been made for this. This year for the first time, during the 62 -day Amarnath Yatra, Aarti in the morning and evening will be broadcast live in the holy cave.
This time, offline advance passenger registration process is being started from today in 20 bank branches of Jammu and Kashmir for the Shri Amarnath Yatra starting from July 1. At the same time, this process will start in 542 such bank branches across the country. This year for the first time, during the 62 -day Amarnath Yatra, Aarti in the morning and evening will be broadcast live in the holy cave.
Maximum six bank branches have been identified in Jammu district in the state. Apart from this, passenger registration will be held in Doda, 2 in Kathua, 1-1 in Rajori, Poonch, Ramban, 2 in Reasi, 1-1 in Srinagar, Udhampur, 2 in Samban and 1 bank branch in Ramban.
164 doctors have been nominated in various hospitals in Jammu and Kashmir to make compulsory health certificate (CHC) for passenger registration. It has 82-82 doctors in Jammu and Kashmir divisions. From April 17, offline and online advance passenger registration process is being started across the country.
According to the schedule issued by Shri Amarnath Shrine Board, J&K Bank in Doda Main, PNB in Akhnoor (Jammu), Rahdi Chowk 69 BC Road Rihai PNB Bank in Jammu, J&K Bank in Jammu, J&K Bank in Gandhinagar Jammu, J&K Bank in Jammu J&K Bank in Residency Road (Jammu), PNB at College Road Kathua, J&K Bank at Bilawar (Kathua) have been nominated.
J&K Bank in Poonch, J&K Bank in Ramban, J&K Bank in Rajori Main, Hotel Ambika Katra PNB Bank in Jammu, PNB Bank in Main Market Reasi, PNB Bank in Ward 2 National Highway Samba, Karna Nagar Srinagar in Srinagar, J&K Bank, Court Complex Udhampur In J&K Bank, Hari Market Jammu can also be registered with SBI Bank.
SBI Bank in Ramban, SBI Bank in Doda near DC office, SBI Bank at National Highway Samba will get advance passenger registration in SBI Bank. Devotees are expected to arrive at Sarwal and Gandhinagar Hospital in Jammu for compulsory health certificates from Monday.
