SUPPORT GOVT
The Kashmiri Pandits should support the Modi Government at all levels and should not fall prey to forces inimical to peace in Kashmir as through targeted these enemies of the country wanted to keep the Kashmiri Pandit community away from their homeland. On the other hand, it is the right time when government can mull and accomplish the long pending demand of Kashmiri Pandits about their resettlement in Valley with adequate measures to ensure their safety and dignity besides providing all the necessary avenues of life. This could be ensured all across the Valley or to start with at some place exclusively demarcated for the dwelling of KPs, giving a new ray of hope to the displaced community to once again connect with its roots and blossom. Over three decades of KPs in exile have been the most traumatic ones as they have experienced the worst of times and indifference of lopsided dispensations which never bothered to bail out the community from the morass. The helmsmen at the centre and the State at that point of time gave tacit support to the sequence of events that was taking place by way of forcing KPs to leave their homes and hearths and become refugees in their own country. After the Narendra Modi Government took over the reins of the country, the hope has been rekindled among KPs especially after the scrapping of Article 370. The need of the hour is to think big and support the government to the hilt because it is now or never situation in Kashmir. If somehow, the Modi government fails to ensure the return of KPs the chances of their return will become bleak under any other government in future therefore KPs should give a clarion call supporting BJP Government at the centre to take another bold decision to bring back the real stakeholders of Kashmir without any delay. If the Modi Government can tackle opportunist regional political parties, Hurriyat, stone pelters, and all the other trouble mongers in Valley, it can also ensure safe and dignified return of KPs but for this the community in exile should extend wholehearted support. The KPs in their hearts have become optimistic over the issue of their return to the Valley which was otherwise impossible under previous regimes. Since the issue is critical therefore the PM and the HM should intervene and resolve this issue once and for all ensuring safe return of KP brethren to Valley.
