After hearing the arguments of both the sides, it will first be decided whether the matter is maintainable or not. Along with this, the petition of the temple side, District Government Advocate (Civil) and the objection of Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid were heard. During the hearing of the case, there was a tight security arrangement in the entire court premises.
At the same time, the entry of anyone other than the plaintiff-defendant’s parties and their lawyers in the court room was banned at two o’clock in the afternoon. Harishankar Pandey Advocate filed an application in the court against eight including SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, MP Asudin Oveshi, secretary of Anjuman Inazaniya Masajid. Harishankar Pandey has appealed to the court to take action against everyone, alleging religious hatred, mental and religious harassment in the society. On the other hand, in the same case, the head of the Mahant family of Shrikashi Vishwanath temple, Dr. VC Tiwari has also filed a petition in the court for the worship of Shivling found in the Gyanvapi complex. In this case, he had earlier claimed the Gyanvapi Masjid area to be the property of the Mahant family. In this case, he is also preparing to become a plaintiff to worship the Shivling found in the mosque. In this regard, there was a ruckus in the court premises since morning. With the opening of the court at ten o’clock, all the parties started brainstorming about the proceedings of the court.
In this case, all the files related to the case have been transferred to the district judge’s court two days ago. The Supreme Court has directed the District Judge to complete the proceedings in this matter within eight weeks. In this context, Monday will be the first day of hearing. Both the plaintiff and the defendant will be present during the hearing. In this regard, both the sides kept preparing for the court proceedings on Sunday as well. In view of the ruckus in the premises regarding the hearing to be held in the court, in addition to tightening the security in the premises in the morning, officers have also been deployed.
