Mahajan Sabha Channi Himmat today held its working committee meeting which was presided over by its president Vipan Gupta. The members were apprised during the meeting about the various steps which have been taken by the Sabha in the short span of about 6 months to boost the morale of the members that includes Membership Drive, Medical Camp, Marriage Bureau, and Monthly Meetings.
While speaking on the occasion, Vipan Gupta apprised the members in detail about the step been taken within 6 months. He briefed that we have successful “Membership Drive” in which about seven hundred Mahajan families residing in the colony and its adjoining area enrolled themselves. He added that our whole team visited every household and about 80% work of membership drive has been completed and rest will be covered as soon as cold is over. Gupta further stated that we have organized free “Medical Camp” where in OPD consultations was provided to the patient by Dr Anil Gupta MD Medicine ASCOMS along with his team and during the camp all tests were conducted free of cost like blood Sugar, blood pressure and ecg etc. Gupta added that besides many initiatives, we also setup “Marriage Bureau” which is running from our office situated at Channi Himmat and have collected the bio data from its members who desire suitable matches for their kids and dear ones. Gupta said that monthly meeting of the members from each sector of Channi Himmat colony and its adjoining area will also be arranged every month to solve various problems of the members.
Raj Kumar Gupta Senior Vice President also spokes on the occasion and said that Mahajan Sabha Channi Himmat will support “CAA” hole heartedly as it is a historical one as it will not affect any citizen of India including Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians and Buddhists. He said that there is nothing in the legislation which targets particular section of the society as is being spread by motivated elements with vested interest to gain undue mileage.
The meeting was attended by Vice Presidents Kushvinder Gupta and Mohan Gupta, Secretary Dalip Gupta, Publicity Secretary Advocate Ishant Gupta, Treasurer Vishavdeep Gupta, Committee Head Dr. Subash Gupta and all working committee members.
