Residents of Ganderbal especially Lar, Wutlar, Benhama and other adjoining areas have expressed joy and gratitude to former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar and LG Administration especially Div Com Kashmir and Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal for transferring state land at Wutlar to Central University of Kashmir for construction of residential quarters.
While expressing his gratitude to former MLA Ganderbal, Shabir Ahmad a local resident of Lar said, “We are very thankful to Ishfaq Jabbar for taking this issue seriously”.
” It is a welcome step and a good decision Ishfaq Ahmad another local resident said that it would hugely benefit people of the area especially business community and students.
The residents of these areas said that it is the big achievement of former MLA, and it happened all due to his efforts that we got an approval of transfer of state land to CUK at Wutlar.
Meanwhile, locals of Ganderbal, in general, have thanked the former MLA for taking the issue seriously in a very short time. It is pertinent to mention here that Mr Jabbar took the issue of transfer of state land to CUK at Wutlar for construction of residential quarters at all fronts.
Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar also thanked the people of Ganderbal for their support and dedication. He said that I am proud of my people and I always need the support of my people in every developmental initiative related to our constituency so that we can bring change and development to our constituency in every sphere.

Mr Jabbar said and hope that the construction work at designated site at Tullamulla will be expedited on war footing basis so that it would hugely benefit the students and people of the area.
