Ware House Traders Donates 2 Lakh to Indian Red Cross Society

Traders Federation Ware House-Nehru Market Jammu on Saturday donated Two lakh rupees towards the Indian Red Cross Society Jammu. President, Sh. Rattan Lal Mahajan handed over Rs 2 lakhs cheque to Sh. Sanjeev Verma, Divisional Commissioner Jammu( Chairman, Indian Red Cross Society Jammu). The cheque was handed over in presence of Sh. Vinod Malhotra, Secretary Indian Red Cross Society Jammu, Sh. Kirti Kumar, Sh. Yashpal Gupta and Sh. Deepak Gupta, General Secretary Traders Federation Ware House Nehru Market Jammu.

On the occasion Sh. Sanjeev Verma thanked the members of Traders Federation for their support in shape of donation to fight this COVID-19 pandemic. He said that their contribution will strengthen the hands of Administration in the fight against Corona Pandemic. Verma said amid COVID-19 lock down, Ware House Traders are doing commendable job in maintaining the supply line of essential commodities and assisting administration during the pandemic which can spread like anything. So far, some NGOs, business men and trusts have shown great enterprise and tried to ease the distress of marginalized individuals during the lockdown, but we need to understand the situation and every privileged person should come forward for the noble cause, appealed Verma.
