Chief Education Officer Doda Bhushan Kumar Pathak undertook a two-day inspection tour of the Bhallessa Zone to review the academic functioning and infrastructural status of educational institutions in the region.
The CEO inspected PM SHRI High School Kahara, CSAM Higher Secondary School Kilhotran, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Changa, PM SHRI High School Alni, Higher Secondary School Kahaljuasar, PM SHRI High School Gangota and Higher Secondary School Chanti.
A comprehensive review meeting was held at Higher Secondary School Kilhotran, which was attended by Cluster Heads and Headmasters of High Schools. The meeting deliberated on rationalization of staff, land-related matters and the effective implementation of initiatives under the Vidya Samiksha Kendra. Human resource management in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 also figured prominently in the discussions.
Additionally, the CEO assessed attendance, academic standards, staff availability and infrastructural facilities in the institutions. He interacted with students, faculty and general public, listening to their concerns and suggestions.
The CEO issued necessary directions wherever deficiencies were observed and underscored the importance of continuous monitoring and improvement to ensure better educational standards.
