PULWAMA, APRIL 22: In compliance to the directions of NALSA and JK Legal Services Authority, 2nd Under Trial Review Committee Meeting was held today in the office chambers of the Pr. District & Sessions judge Pulwama.
The meeting was presided over by the Pr. District & Sessions Judge Pulwama and was attended by Deputy Commissioner Pulwama, Senior Superintendent of police, Pulwama, Secretary DLSA Pulwama, Superintendent Special Jail (Correctional Home) Pulwama, and Chief LADC Pulwama.
During the meeting, the list of Under trial prisoners furnished by the concerned authorities was taken up for consideration.
A total number of six cases were taken up and discussed and out of which one case was recommended for consideration by the committee as per the guidelines subject to furnishing of personal bond by the under trial.
