KUPWARA, APRIL 20: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Suse, who also serves as the Chairman of the District Level Coordination Committee, today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review and finalize the data compilation process under the third phase of the Agriculture Census in the district.
During the meeting, a comprehensive review of the progress achieved so far was undertaken. He stressed that reliable data is essential for effective planning, resource allocation, and implementation of farmer welfare schemes.
Officers from different departments, including Agriculture, Revenue, and allied sectors, briefed the chair on the status of data collection, verification, and digitization.
The Deputy Commissioner called upon all stakeholders to work with dedication and a sense of responsibility to ensure that the Agriculture Census data for the district is finalized in a comprehensive and error-free manner.
Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kupwara, District Statistics & Evaluation Officer, besides, officers from Agriculture, Revenue, Statistics, and allied sectors, participated in the meeting.
