POONCH, FEBRUARY 05: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Poonch, Tahir Mustafa Malik, today chaired a meeting of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Committee to review and verify relief and rehabilitation cases under the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF).
After detailed scrutiny, 6 SDRF relief claims were approved strictly in accordance with the prescribed SOPs and guidelines.
The ADC underlined the importance of transparency, accuracy and accountability in the verification process to ensure that genuine beneficiaries receive timely financial assistance.
The meeting was attended by the Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Muhammad Sayeed, District Treasury Officer, Account Officer DC Office Poonch and Tehsildars of Haveli, Mandi, Mendhar, Surankote, Mankote and Balakote, along with other concerned officers.
