NOWSHERA, FEBRUARY 05: A public grievances redressal camp was organised in village border village Sarya of Nowshera Tehsil.
Additional Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Pritam Lal Thapa along-with other officers from local administration listened to the Public grievances.
A large number of residents from sarya and Khamba villages participated in the camp and put forth their grievances related to revenue, rural development, power, water supply, health, education, roads, and other civic amenities.
Dr. Thapa directed the concerned officers for timely and effective resolution of genuine issues on priority. He emphasized the importance of such grievances redressal camps in bridging the gap between the administration and the public and ensuring responsive and transparent governance.
The ADC assured the public that all pending and unresolved issues highlighted during the camp would be taken up on priority and monitored closely for early disposal. He also urged the officers to remain accessible to the people and work with dedication to address public concerns.
The public appreciated the initiative of the district administration and expressed satisfaction over the prompt response and assurances given by the officers during the camp.
