Inspector Masroor Ahmad Wani, who was injured in a terrorist attack while playing cricket in Eidgah area of ​​Srinagar 39 days ago, lost his battle for life on Thursday. He was undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi, but passed away today after a long battle with death. On Sunday, October 29, police inspector Masroor Ahmed had arrived to play cricket at the Eidgah ground in Srinagar city. The sound of gunfire caused panic in the field. A police team rushed to the scene. The injured police officer was rushed to hospital. He was shifted to Delhi AIIMS for further treatment but could not be saved.
