Jammu June-21-2023:- In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Adv Sumit Nayyar seeking respondents to develop/improve the tourist infrastructural facilities for the Patnitop-Mantalai-SudhMahadev including temples which attracts a large number of tourists every year both in summer and winter season and to take effective measures as expeditiously as possible.
A Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court Comprising Chief Justice N. Kotishwar Singh and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi after hearing Adv Sumit Nayyar for the PIL whereas Sr. AAG SS Nanda for the UT, granted three weeks’ time to file latest status report. JNF
