SYNERGY IS THE KEY
Ahead of Republic Day, security is a big concern for the government and the security agencies presently deputed in J&K as threats to vitiate peace are looming large with terrorists trying hard to create unrest. The inception of BJP Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2014 although has changed the entire scenario with little or for that matter no scope left for the terror mongers to disrupt peace but then also the level of security cannot be lowered as things in J&K are still unpredictable as the twin blasts were triggered by the ultras to create mayhem despite the red alert and highest order of security. There is no doubt that with the country turning close to celebrating its 74th Republic Day, the Indian Army in Jammu and Kashmir has tightened its security to keep an intense watch to prevent any untoward incident in the union territory. The CRPF has also increased the strength and nakas have been set up by the central police force to check the vehicles besides conducting searches at the suspicious spots. The CRPF is on tenterhooks to keep a strict vigil on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH 44) for ensuring smooth and secure conduct of Republic Day celebrations. Besides, Jammu and Kashmir police has also tightened security as well. The security agencies have reportedly deployed forces in every corner of the UT to maintain safety and security making it next to impossible for the stooges of Pakistan to carry out any kind of subversive activity in the region. All said and done the synergy between all the security forces including the army is key to ensuring foolproof security as it has been observed historically that lack of synergy is behind breach of security and therefore complete synergy between different security wings of the entire edifice is a must to thwart the designs of anti-nationals who are looking for a moment to disrupt peace and cause devastation in the UT of J&K. There is dire need for the security forces to remain on toes for ensuring protection of the local people and those visiting the UT as threat is looming large with anti-nationals waiting for the chance to challenge peace and tranquility, which is an eyesore for them as they want J&K to remain a disturbed area forever.
