Ishfaq Jabbar asks party workers to follow the vision and ideals of the Sheikh Abdullah

Ganderbal 5 Dec: Senior Political Leader and Former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar on Monday paid rich tributes to Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah on his 117th birth aniverssary.

Recalling the contribution of Sheikh Sahib and his father Shaheed Sheikh Abdul Jabbar Sahib, Ishfaq said both the leaders sacrificed major part of their life to get rid the people of the state from the clutches of poverty.

He said that the contribution of the duo towards upliftment of the people in state will be remembered for all times to come.

Jabbar told the workers that the sacrifices of the leaders and their workers cannot be eclipsed by the propagandist elements who seek personal gains.

Jabbar was speaking at a brief function held in connection with the celebration of 117th birth anniversary of Sher -e- Kashmir Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah at his residence at Lar Ganderbal, which was attended by prominent functionaries and supporters of Jabbar.

Ishfaq also recalled the supporters the great sacrifice s by Sheikh M Abdullah and Sheikh Ab Jabbar,by which the people of J&K , attained a vision of literacy and managed to get proper honour in the country, during his speech Ishfaq told that “They enjoyed the power because of Sheik M Abdullah and my father’s heard work and sacrifices in tough and miserable conditions.He also added that some enjoyed the hights portfolios even not paying one day sacrefic to party and are looking CM dreams in future.
