PAGD Kashmir: NC President Farooq Abdullah said – PAGD will not stop, it will not end, we are all united

Dr. Farooq Abdullah is also not happy with the proposal of the Kashmir Provincial Unit of National Conference to contest the elections alone. He also seems to disagree with his son and party vice-president Omar Abdullah on the matter. His bitterness was clearly visible on Thursday when he was asked what would happen to the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Alliance now. He replied that you guys only want it to be closed.

NC President Dr. Farooq Abdullah is the patron and president of PAGD. He had said in July that the assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir would be fought under the banner of PAGD. However, a resolution has been passed in the NC meeting held on Wednesday, in which the NC leaders have decided to contest the assembly elections alone. However, the final decision on this has to be taken by Dr. Farooq Abdullah.

When Dr. Farooq Abdullah was questioned by local journalists on this issue, he simply said that you people want this to be closed. PAGD won’t stop, it won’t end. On the allegations leveled by the party leaders on other constituents of PAGD, he said that I would only say that learn to tolerate, develop patience in yourself. Learn to sacrifice your benefits for someone else. When you cannot develop tolerance and patience in yourself, then you cannot do anything for other people.

He said that I cannot give any advice to Omar Abdullah also. He himself is intelligent. As for contesting elections, its time has not yet come. Our party is a democratic party, in this everyone has every right to express his opinion. The election will be fought together or will be fought alone, it will be decided only after seeing the situation at that time when the election is announced. There is no use in talking about it now. Dr Farooq Abdullah said that there are no differences in PAGD. Everyone is united.
