TRUE TO HILT
Whatever National Security Advisor, Ajit Doval has said with regard to the change of mindset of the people of Kashmir with regard to Pakistan and terrorism is hundred percent true as the abettors of terrorism have lost the ground with people stopping moral and strategic support. There is no doubt that the PM Narendra Modi led government has adopted a flawless policy in the Valley which has brought the much needed change with very little scope left for the terror mongers to survive and sustain. Ajit Doval’s assertion is to the point and true to the hilt that the mood and temper of the people of the Valley has seen a change and that the situation has changed for the better in the region after the special status of the erstwhile State was revoked. It is anybody’s guess that the terror attacks on soft targets are the attempts made by the residual and non significant terrorists left in the Valley as they don’t have the courage or resources to go for a bigger strike. This is a trivial issue and the government of India led by PM Modi will soon overcome this by taking the services of valiant security forces present out there. There is a sea change in the mood of the people in the Valley as they want peace and prosperity to replace guns and goons. Of course people in the Valley have understood the value of peaceful dwelling and that is the reason they are longing for lasting peace. The security forces have intensified their operations against the terror mongers and the government is ready to do more to tighten noose around each and every violence monger whether from within or a foreign mercenary because it cannot afford to lose more precious lives. Looking into the present situation in the Valley one can well gauge that the terrorism is on its last leg and sooner than later peace which used to prevail prior to 1980s in the region will be restored and the people will lead a prosperous life with tourism replacing the terrorism.
