PAKISTAN’S COMPULSION
Keeping the J & K issue alive is the compulsion of the Pakistan government as it has nothing else to boast of before its people because on all fronts, all the governments in Pakistan in succession have failed to perform with people struggling to get even two meals a day and a life to live with dignity. Whether there is a military regime or a political government, all the dispensations are under obligation to bash India for distracting the attention of people from the burning issues like abysmal economy, poor healthcare edifice, poverty, illiteracy, terrorism, joblessness and so many other entangling problems which are irreparable and cannot be set right even if entire Pakistan tries to go for their mitigation. Though it has become a routine for those steering Pakistan to rake up the Kashmir issue as and when they got a chance in any of the international forums. In the same context, Pakistan has again raked-up Kashmir at the UN Security Council inviting wrath and reprimand from India, which has changed its policy from being a docile State to aggressive nation showing zero tolerance against anyone and everyone indulging in India bashing. As the Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari raised the contentious Kashmir issue in the UN Security Council, India gave a befitting response by calling Pakistan’s action as Pavlovian response aimed at misusing any forum and every issue to propagate false and malicious propaganda against India. Bilawal has raked up the issue of Jammu and Kashmir, the abrogation of Article 370 and the recent order by the Delimitation Commission during his remarks at the UN Security Council debate. India like in many other occasions earlier has said that the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh were, are and will always remain an integral and inalienable part of India. “This includes the areas that are under the illegal occupation of Pakistan. No amount of rhetoric and propaganda from any country can deny this fact”, India has cleared its stand at the UN Security Council slamming Pakistan for its unprincipled stand out there. India has responded in a befitting manner and shown the world its worth and exposed Pakistan once again.
