Alappuzha (Kerala), April 27. Four people were killed and another seriously injured when the car in which they were travelling collided head-on with a lorry in Kerala’s Payalkulangara on Wednesday early morning. The four were killed on the spot and the injured person was shifted to the Vandanam Government Medical College Hospital, sources said. The people in the car were going to Cochin International Airport at Nedumbasserry. There were unconfirmed reports that one of the the drivers of the vehicles dozed off causing the tragic incident.
