Both the terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed killed in this encounter are feared to be Afghans. The Defense Ministry has handed over the investigation of the Sunjwan terror attack to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to bring out all the truth about who are the people behind this terrorist attack, what was the main motive of the attack.
It is pertinent to mention here that two terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed’s suicide squad were killed in this encounter that took place two days before the rally in the Palli Panchayat of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Both of them are suspected to be Afghans. Even before this, there have been two terrorist attacks in Sunjwan. The National Investigation Agency is also investigating the earlier attacks. After investigation, NIA will also register an FIR in this case.
