JAMMU: Wednesday, 10 February, 2021: Adv. Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor Jammu Municipal Corporation along with Sh. Vinay Gupta(Jammu District President BJP) and Sushma Gupta (Senior Leader BJP and Social Activist) distributes essential ration supplies among the Sanitation workers of ward no. 54.
Speaking on the occasion, Adv. Purnima Sharma said that our Sanitation workers are the front line warriors and have always tried provide Jammu a healthy environment. Without them and their efforts, the City of Temples can never be clean, so today in order to encourage them and to boost their morale, we are distributing essential food supplies among them.
Sh. Vinay Gupta(Jammu District President), Sushma Gupta (Senior Leader BJP and Social Activist), Sh. Narinder Gupta(Koki) (Secretary Jammu District) and other prominent members of the area were also present.
After distribution, Adv. Purnima Sharma on the demands of the locals conducted inspection of lane adjoining Kapoor Furniture in ward no. 07.
During the inspection, it was noted that the lane and drains were in detroit condition due to which it was hard for the locals to pass through it. Directions by the Hon’ble Deputy Mayor were given to the concerned JE to look into the matter so that the general public may not suffer.
