PAGD and National Conference (NC) candidate, Nuzhat Ishfaq on Friday filed nomination from Lar “B” constituency in the presence of her husband and former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar for the upcoming District Development Council (DDC) polls.
Nuzhat Ishfaq’s filing of nomination papers was also accompanied by mother of Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar and several prominent elected Panchayat members and other Senior citizens and workers.
Speaking on the occasion, Nuzhat said that people’s inclination towards NC is clearly seen due to its common man’s friendly policies.
She said that ” I am thankful to friends and colleagues from JKNC and other parties of PAGD. I request for prayers and support in this phase of our joint fight for rights, dignity and honour of J&K, she added.
On this occasion Nuzhat Ishfaq pledged to work for the people’s welfare and development of her constituency.
