Srinagar, Oct 26 (UNI) A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan who shot himself to commit suicide on October 12 succumbed in the hospital, official sources said on Monday.
They said a CRPF jawan of 141 Batallion D-Company shoot himself with his service weapon in a Srinagar camp on October 12 to end his life. However, other personnel immediately took him to SMHS, they said adding the jawan succumbed on Sunday night.
Police has registered a case and initiated proceedings, they added.
