BJP has given six splendid years of good governance: Randhawa

Former Member Legislative Council (MLC), Ch. Vikram Randhawa, today said that the NDA Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given six splendid years of good and transparent governance to the citizens of India.

Randhawa said this while initiating ‘Vyakatighat Sampark Abhiyan’ (individual contact programme) launched by the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) to handover Prime Minister’s letter to around 10 crore families across India. Today on the first day Randhawa approached around 500 families of Ward No-45 Digiana and Model Town Gangyal in Gandhi Nagar assembly segment.

He handed over the letter of the prime minister to these households and also explained the achievements of the Narendra Modi led government. He said that the present dispensation when took over the reigns of the nation in 2014 changed the lives of the people by various mega welfare schemes launched during this period.

Randhawa enlisted many public welfare schemes that include Rozgar Yojna, Ujjwala Yojna, Pradhan Mantri Krishi Yojna, Krishi Beema Yojna, etc besides many bold decision too were taken by the government. He said that implementation of GST, demonetization, abrogation of Article 370 etc are some bold and major decisions which were pending since decades and no government in the past could dare to take the same.

He said that the reputation of the country has increased manifold at the international fronts and the country has conducted surgical strikes to tell enemies that this is Modi’s New India which will not tolerate insurgency and acts of cowardness. Randhawa further said that it was the peoples faith in the Modi led government who voted it again to power in 2019 and sooner the nation will emerge as global leader.

Others who accompanied Randhawa include Raj Rani Councilor, Bharat Bhushan Mandal President, Sat Pal Choudhary, Jyoti Prakash, Ajay Chalotra, Gurdeep Singh, Satwinder Singh and Satinder Singh.
