On the eve of World- Environment Day and in recognition of the value and benefits the environment provides , A plantation drive was carried-out at range police headquarters Udhampur initiated by DIG Udhampur-Reasi range Sh Sujit Kumar IPS with plantation of Saplings .
He said its ‘ Time For Nature ‘ where we have to contribute to the environment. We all are fighting with the deadly virus , it is prime concern to all of us that we should clean the environment and green the environment.
Among officers ,Staff officer to DIG ,Sh. Imtiaz ahmed DYSP ,JKPS ,other officers and officials participated in the plantation drive , Various varieties of trees and flowers got planted .
It is pertinent to mention here that if a bit we all can contribute to the beautification and glorification of the universe we have performed prime duty to extent.
