The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led by Arvind Kejriwal is leading in 58 seats in the 70-member Delhi Assembly, according to initial Election Commission’s trends.
The Opposition BJP is leading in 12 seats, the poll panel data showed.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is leading from New Delhi Assembly constituency by 4,387 votes against BJP’s Sunil Kumar Yadav.
In 2015 Assembly polls, the AAP convenor had trounced Nupur Sharma of BJP by 31,583 votes in the said seat.
His Cabinet colleagues and senior AAP leaders, Manish Sisodia and Gopal Rai are leading from Patpargang and Babarpur respectively.
While Atishi, AAP nominee from Kalkaji is trailing from the said Assembly segment.
Former Delhi Minister, Kapil Mishra , who officially parted away from AAP few months before the polls and joined BJP, is leading from Model Town Assembly seat by 98 votes.
