Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr G N Itoo along with a team of officers of PHE, PDD, Mechanical Division and Health today visited various areas of the district including upper reaches of Rafiabad area to review the snow clearance mechanism besides restoration of essential services.
DC took review of snow clearance measures in operation at Shatloo, Dangiwacha, Rohama, Dragpora and other areas of Rafiabad, besides Dangerpora, Seerjagir and Warpora of Sopore, which have recorded heavy snowfall.
During the visit, the DC met several deputations who appraised him about their demands and grievances.
Taking stock of medical facilities across the district the DC visited various health institution and sought feedback from patients and attendants regarding the same.
