Army inaugurated newly built water storage tank at Shahdara Sharief Shrine

RAJOURI, JAN 11 :- The Indian Army in its continued mission of assisting and serving the people of Jammu & Kashmir by creating infrastructure development in the region added another feather to its cap.  Maj Gen PS Bajwa, GOC, CIF (R) inaugurated a one lakh liter water storage tank at Shahdara Sharief, Thanamandi, Rajouri under Sadbhavana project under the aegis of Headquarters Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo).
Mr Qayoom Dar, Chief Administrator, Shahdara Sharief shrine and those present whole heartedly expressed their gratitude towards Army and said that Army has always been helpful and alive to the aspirations of the people.
The event evoked considerable goodwill for the army and is bound to assist in improving the civil military relations and in winning the hearts and minds of the people in the region.
