The Government today ordered transfer and postings of seven IAS/KAS officers.
Navin Kumar Choudhary, Principal Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department was transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to the Government, Education Department with charge of Administrative Secretary, Technical Education Department relieving Zubair Ahmad, Secretary to the Government, Culture Department of the additional charge of the post.
Choudhary will coordinate speedy processing and disposal of all policy matters pertaining to the Departments of School Education and Higher Education.
Administrative Secretaries of the Departments of School Education and Higher Education will submit papers of their Departments related to policy matters through Principal Secretary to the Government, Education Department.
Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department.
Hirdesh Kumar, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, School Education Department. He will also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Social Welfare Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Sarita Chauhan, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, School Education Department was transferred and posted as Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
- Raju, Managing Director, J&K Project Construction Corporation, holding additional charge of Excise Commissioner, J&K has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department.He will also hold the charge of Managing Director, J&K Power Corporation Limited and Managing Director, J&K Power Development Corporation Limited, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Khurshid Ahmad Shah, Commissioner/ Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department will hold the charge of Managing Director, J&K Project Construction Corporation, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Bhupinder Kumar, Mission Director, National Health Mission/CEO Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan MantriJan Arogya Yojna will also hold the charge of Excise Commissioner, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
Zubair Ahmad, Secretary to the Government, Culture Department will also hold the charge of Administrative Secretary, Tourism Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
